Summary: The schedule provides a road map to the implementation of the MASS Capstone Project.
January 22: Introduction and orientation: organizational meeting. Review syllabus, Bulletin Board, and schedule.
Note: Graduation applications are due on or before January 30. The graduation application must be signed by the Program Director, Professor Vasishth, and by SSHS Dean Rosenberg.
January 29: updates, status reports, and discussion
February 5: Ramapo College closed due to inclement weather.
February 12: We will review your drafts, report progress, and define next steps.
February 19: Professor Hayes reviews drafts with each student one-on-one. Please send current drafts to faculty advisers for their review.
February 26: Continue one-on-one on call-in basis.
March 5: Second draft due to Professor Hayes and to faculty adviser.
March 12: Feedback on second draft and workshop
March 19: spring break: no class
March 26: strategy session for wrap-up of project and plan for public presentations on April 24
April 2: workshop for public presentations
April 9: presentations with faculty advisers
April 16: rehearsal for final presentations
April 23: fine-tuning for presentations
April 24: public presentations to students, faculty and invited public
April 30: debrief on presentations: workshop and final class
May 7: final projects due
